Amy Cross serves as quality coordinator at Whitfield Family Practice, bringing 18 years of experience in the medical field to her role. Helping patients is her favorite part of the job, and that patient-first mindset carries into the work she does to help keep care at the practice running smoothly and consistently.

Outside of the office, Amy treasures time spent with family and friends, stays active in her church community, and enjoys expressing her creative side through painting.
