Chase grew up in Russellville and earned three degrees from UAH — two bachelor’s (Biological Science and Nursing, both Cum Laude) and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017.

She loves family medicine and behavioral health, and she’s big on building real relationships with her patients — the kind that last for years.

Outside the office, she’s busy with her two girls, Margaret and Catherine, riding her horse Stella, walking her standard poodles (Jake and Roxy), and catching a good concert when she can.
